Wrapping programs & parameters: In standard execution, 5 different wrapping cycles can be chosen: 1) Only upwards wrapping 2) Only downwards wrapping 3) Up and down wrap 4) Layer wrapping (wrapping layer by layer) 5) Cycle for manual top sheet application (waterproof protection). • Number of rotations at the bottom and at the top of the pallet.

Up and down speed of the film carriage, meaning the requested overlap (separately adjustable)

The choice between these programs can be made by means of a manual selection on the central control board.

Production capacity: According to the requested number of rotations and chosen wrapping program a production capacity of 30 pallets/hour can be reached.

Control & Electrical specifications: The control and indications are gathered on the control panel mounted on the column, including the automatic control, the selection of the wrapping program, the modifications of the parameters and the trouble shooting messages. Most of the parameters can be protected through password.
